If your fireplace's heater shuts off after turning on for 10-15 seconds:
1. Ensure the thermostat knob set on the fireplace is greater than the current temperature of your room, to do this turn the knob to level 9. This will ensure the fireplace will not automatically shut off due to the ambient room temperature. The thermostat knob is located behind the trim on the top of the firebox. Turn on the heater again to ensure fireplace will not shut off by itself.
2. Turn off the main power switch located underneath the trim on the top right corner. Wait 5 minutes for heater to cool down, then switch on the fireplace again.
